What type of Volunteer Incentive Program would motivate you to help more at RMOC events?

• A point system where points are awarded for various volunteer tasks, and prizes are awarded for total accumulated points (free meet entry, free RMOC tech-tee, etc.). All volunteers are rewarded under this plan.

• A raffle system where all volunteers are entered into a year-end raffle for big prizes -- a $100 REI gift certificate for Course Setters, and a $50 gift certificate for all other volunteers. You are entered into the raffle every time you volunteer. The prizes are bigger under this plan and everyone has a chance to win, but only two volunteers will ultimately get the rewards (one Course Setter and one at-large volunteer).
