RMOC's President, Bob Ellis, will be teaching four FREE orienteering workshops at local REI stores in 2013. If you're new to orienteering, attending one of these workshops would be a great way to learn the basics.

Note #1: Most REI stores offer generic map and compass classes every month; those classes are useful, but RMOC's workshops are more geared towards the sport of orienteering, along with basic map and compass skills.

Note #2: REI sometimes shuffles our workshop dates. So, please be sure to double-check our Event Schedule as the workshop dates approach.
