Barneløpet Ski-O & Snowshoe-O at Snow Mountain Ranch

We had a snowy and windy day for the Ski and Snowshoe Orienteering events at Snow Mountain Ranch on Saturday, February 24th, 2007 (part of the Sons of Norway "Barneløpet" festivities). Despite the weather, more than 50 people participated in the orienteering.
For the 90-minute Ski / Snowshoe course, congratulations to Brad McLean who collected 170 out of a maximum possible 180 points (on snowshoes!). A special award goes to Kyle Peter who wallowed in deep powder for the entire snowshoe course (he did not know that SMR allows snowshoes on the side of groomed trails!).
