George Bramhall Memorial Orienteering Meet at Observatory
Saturday, October 13th, 2007 -- Nederland
We had a very good turnout for the George Bramhall Memorial Meet, at our Observatory Map in Nederland. We raised 1, which will be donated to The Land Institute in George's memory.
The weather held off and all had a grand time on this excellent terrain. I recommend that other experienced course setters use their meet as a chance to mentor any members who are interested in course setting but need experience to feel comfortable. Dave Bickford and Bill Campbell say they enjoyed and benefited from the experience of helping me with this meet, and I really appreciated the help. Thanks guys.
