Ski-O & Snowshoe-O at Devil's Thumb Ranch
Saturday, January 17th, 2009 -- Tabernash
Bright sun, clear blue sky, sun block, short-sleeved shirts, and what might otherwise have been mistaken as a day at the beach marked the second annual Ski-O and Snowshoe-O at Devil's Thumb Ranch (DTR) in Tabernash. Thirty-one people participated in the three Ski and Snowshoe courses mapped and set by Jan Ingebrigtsen.
Thanks to Sarah Locke, Juri Peepre, Doug Berling, and Chris Lochra for their help picking up controls. A very special thanks to DTR for their support of the event and discounted trail passes.
