• Pre-Registration: Pre-registration is required. Use the form at the bottom of this page.

  RMOC Members: Expedite meet check-in with an annual waiver.

• Volunteers: Please add your name to the Volunteer Sign-up Sheet if you can help before or after you complete your course. We need the usual roles to be filled: Set-up, Registration, Beginner Instruction, Starts, E-Punch Crew, and Control Pick-up.

  New Volunteer Incentive Program: Anyone who signs up and completes a volunteer shift will receive a voucher for free entry to use at this meet or at a future event. (One voucher will be awarded per person per meet.)

• Schedule: We're shifting our usual Sunday schedule by one hour.

  10:30 am to 12:00 pm	Check-in and starts. (You can check in and start at any time during this window. Start as early as possible if you want to try multiple courses, or if you expect to take a long time on your course.)
  10:45 am	Beginner Instruction.
  2:00 pm	All courses close and control pick-up will commence at 2:00 pm. Please check in and download at the Finish no later than 2:00 pm even if you haven't completed your course.

• Courses:

  This meet will offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses. You can find an explanation of the orienteering course color scheme at our FAQs page.

  There will be water on all of the courses.

  Note: Teams only pay one registration fee per team (plus the cost of any extra maps they want; one map is included in the team registration fee).

• Driving Directions:

  From Colorado Springs, take Highway 24 west to the town of Lake George. Entering the town of Lake George, take the first left onto County Road 96. (Look for Starky's General Store and turn south just before the store. If you cross the river, you've gone too far.) Follow County Road 96 for about one mile to the 11-Mile Canyon entrance. Turn right into 11-Mile Canyon and proceed to the ranger station. Tell the gate attendant that you're heading to Camp Alexander, and the park entry fee should be waived. Follow 11-Mile Canyon for about two miles past Riverside Campground (watch for oncoming traffic!). Look for the camp entrance on the left.

  Note: The camp's postal address won't work with Google Maps or GPS units as it is not a true physical address. You can use the town of Lake George as a reference point and then follow the directions above.
