Map is field checked over the last several years and should be updated in 2026 based on 2020 LIDAR,
drafting and field checked by Odd Bersvendsen, contour 2.5 meter, elevation around 9,000 ft. Mostly
cleaned forest floor but also mature forest and open meadows with many trails/rides and areas with
dense young pine and willows. Willows in meadows are dense and difficult to get through, look for game
trails not mapped. Beside trails there are generally few details beside vegetation on the map. This is a
private resort, and we need to be courteous to make sure we can come back next year. There are other
activities in the area and please be courteous and avoid any conflicts. Snow Mountain Ranch is also
home for some moose families, and we recommend avoiding any confrontation. All out of bounds areas
marked on the map and must be respected, they are not marked in the terrain but should be obvious.

Other things happening this weekend: The Snow Mountain Ranch Running Festival on Saturday the 12 th
and 2026 Winter Park Film Festival

YMCA - Snow Mountain Ranch has a number lodging options from cabins, yurts, campsites and hotel
rooms. Use code NE2627 for a 20% discount.
